NAI Employee Council promotes engagement and collaboration

The Employees’ Council (EC) of NutriAsia was established in 1992. The council is composed of employee and management representatives whose primary purpose is to serve as a vehicle for productive discussions affecting the welfare of the employees and the company. Specifically, Employee Council ensures that the lines of communication are open to prevent and settle Industrial Conflicts, improve working conditions, increase productivity, upholding the Company rules and regulations and ensure the safety and health of employees.

To achieve these organizational objectives, employee and management representatives must observe/practice mutual respect. Since its inception, Employee Council has been consistent in fulfilling its mandates as employee champion and management partners. This positive relationship has been evident resulting to successful implementation of programs beneficial to the management and its employees. Among these are health and wellness programs, benefits improvement, and promotion of industrial peace.

Over the years, Employee Council have shown that the company can achieve greater heights when employees and management collaborate.
